Chief Medical Physicist
Dr. Turian is a board certified medical physicist and holds an academic position as an associate professor at Rush University in the department of Radiation Oncology. He is currently the Chief of Medical Physics and Director of the Medical Physics Residency Program. His clinical expertise is centered on developing and overseeing the implementation of advanced treatment techniques (SRS, SBRT, IORT, etc) into clinical use.
He earned a doctoral degree from Rush University and completed training at The University of Chicago Hospitals and University of Illinois at Chicago. His research interest includes the use of advanced radiotherapy technologies for cancer treatment.
