Kevin C. Jones, Ph.D. is a medical physicist with Rush Radiosurgery and an Assistant Professor of Radiation Oncology at Rush University Medical Center.

Dr. Jones received his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut, and his Doctor of Philosophy in Physical Chemistry from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge, Massachusetts. He received his Certificate in Medical Physics from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and completed his residency in Medical Physics from Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois.

Dr. Jones primarily focuses on external beam radiation therapy and stereotactic treatments and has a special interest in developing novel imaging techniques to guide radiation therapy.

He has been awarded numerous honors, has authored several publications in peer-reviewed medical publications, and is a member of the American Association of Physicists in Medicine (AAPM).

In his spare time, he enjoys jogging, skiing, hot tubs, and ice cream.
